These terms cover your use of wrenva.com, including the free website scan. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. "Wrenva," "we," and "us" mean the business behind this site.
Work we do for your business is covered by a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
The free scan
What it is. An automated check of a website's public pages. It looks for things customers need, like online booking or ordering, a tap-to-call number, hours, and ways to pay, and reports what it found and what's already working.
What it isn't. A full audit, a guarantee, or legal, financial, or tax advice. The scan only sees the pages it can load at that moment. It can miss things, such as features inside apps or widgets it can't read, or pages it doesn't find. Treat the results as a starting point and check anything important before acting on it.
Fair use. Scan your own business's website, or one you're allowed to evaluate. Don't use the scan to overload, attack, or probe a website, and don't automate requests to it. We limit scans per visitor and may block anyone who misuses it.
Audit requests and estimates
Requesting an audit doesn't commit you or us to anything. We'll reach out if we see something worth discussing. Any revenue or cost figures we share are illustrations based on stated assumptions, not a measurement or a promise of what you'll gain or lose.
The demo business and the owner profiles shown on the site illustrate how the work goes. They aren't real customers.
Using the site
Please don't:
- break the law using the site, or submit someone else's information without their permission;
- try to get around security measures or scan limits, or interfere with how the site runs;
- copy the site in bulk with scrapers or bots, or send spam through its forms.
Our content and other companies' marks
The text, design, and code on this site belong to Wrenva or the people who license them to us. You're welcome to link to the site and quote short passages with credit. Other companies' names and logos belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
The site links to sources and other websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
No warranty
The site and the scan are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, Wrenva won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site or the scan, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim about the site or the scan is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
