For independent dental and medical practices

See where new patients give up on your website.

Patients pick a practice on their phone, often in the evening. If they can't book, find your hours, or reach the front desk in a few taps, they book with the practice that let them. Scan your site and see what a new patient sees.

01What to check

Six leaks you can check before Monday

Open your site on your phone and try to become a new patient. The scan looks for each of these too.

Anything that touches patient information, such as booking, intake forms, reminders, or call answering, is set up only on vendors that sign a HIPAA business associate agreement (BAA).

  1. Win the customer

No online booking on the website

If booking only happens by phone, anyone who decides after you close has to remember to call tomorrow, and many don't.

Check it yourself. Try to book a first visit from your homepage without calling. Count the taps.

  2. Win the customer

Phone number is not tappable on mobile

A plain-text number means copy, switch apps, paste. Some patients give up and call the next practice.

Check it yourself. On your phone, tap the number at the top of your site. If it doesn't start a call, it's plain text.

  3. Win the customer

No online patient forms on the website

Without forms patients can fill out before the visit, that work lands on the front desk. Online forms go on a HIPAA-eligible platform only.

Check it yourself. Find your new-patient forms. If they're a PDF to print, or missing, the paperwork happens in your waiting room.

  4. Be seen

Site is not secure (no HTTPS)

Browsers label the site “Not secure” and search ranks it lower. Patients hesitate to send anything.

Check it yourself. Look at the address bar on your site. If the browser says “Not secure”, patients see it too, right before they fill out a form.

  5. Be seen

No recent reviews on the listing

74% of consumers look for reviews written in the last three months.

    BrightLocal, 2026

Check it yourself. Open your Google listing. How long ago was the newest review written?

  6. Stay relevant

No email or text sign-up on the website

Without an owned list, recall depends on someone picking up the phone. Reminders that reach patients run only on BAA vendors.

Check it yourself. Is there a way for patients to get recall reminders and practice updates? Who sends them today?

02What customers do first

Patients read reviews before they book

97%of consumers read online reviews before choosing a business.

68%will only use a business rated four stars or higher.

Those numbers cover every kind of local business, practices included. Your rating and how recent your reviews are sit right next to your name in search.

03How it works

Scan, audit, fix. In that order.

  1. Step 1 · Free, about 30 seconds

    Scan your website

We check booking, calls, forms, hours, and security on your public pages, and nothing behind a login. Each result shows the evidence.

  2. Step 2 · Free, 15 minutes

    Get the full audit

We add your Google listing, your reviews, and the practices nearby that patients look at next. If there's something worth fixing, we email you to set up 15 minutes.

  3. Step 3 · Your choice

We fix it, or you do

We install and run the missing pieces around your practice management system, on BAA vendors wherever patient data is involved, and report calls answered, appointments booked, and dollars collected each month. Or take the written plan.

04Questions

What practice owners ask

How do you handle HIPAA?

Every tool that handles patient information runs on a vendor that signs a HIPAA business associate agreement with your practice, or we don't use it. The free scan reads only your public website and never sees patient data.

Do you replace our practice management software?

Not by default. We work around the system you have and fill the gaps on the website and phones. If something should change, we'll explain why first.

What does the free scan look at?

Your public website: booking, tap-to-call, patient forms, hours, contact forms, HTTPS, and more. It doesn't see your Google listing, your reviews, or anything behind a login.

Can an AI answer our phones?

It can answer after hours or when the front desk is on another line. For a practice, we only use vendors that sign a BAA. Online booking alone may be enough; the audit will say.

What happens after I request the audit?

We review your practice first. If something is worth a call, you'll hear from us by email to schedule 15 minutes. No pitch deck, no obligation.

05Free 15-minute audit

Want the whole picture, not just the website?

The scan only reads your site. The Revenue Leak Audit adds your Google listing, reviews, phones, and the practices patients compare you with. We look first, and reach out only if there's something worth a call.

  2. 2A rough range for what fixing each is worth, and what it takes.
  3. 3Your choice of path: we build and run it, or you take the plan.
