For owner-run restaurants, cafes, and bars

Find the tables and orders your website loses.

Diners decide on a phone, often after you close. If they can't read the menu, book a table, or order direct in a few taps, they pick the place that lets them. Scan your site and see what they see.

01What to check

Six leaks you can check tonight

Open your site on your phone and walk through it like a first-time diner. The scan looks for each of these too.

  1. Win the customer

No direct online ordering on the website

Customers who want to order ahead go to whoever has the button. Through a delivery app, you pay a commission on an order you would have had anyway.

Check it yourself. Look for an Order button on your homepage. If it only sends people to a delivery app, count it as missing.

  2. Win the customer

No online booking on the website

If booking only happens by phone, anyone who decides after close has to remember to call tomorrow. Many don't.

Check it yourself. Try to reserve a table for four, Friday at 7, without calling. Time it.

  3. Win the customer

Menu is hard to read on a phone

The menu is the page diners look at most. As a PDF or image it's hard to use on a phone and invisible to search.

Check it yourself. Open your menu on a phone. If it's a PDF or a photo you have to pinch and zoom, search engines can't read it either.

  4. Be seen

    Hours aren't on the website

Diners who can't confirm you're open pick the place that shows “Open now”.

Check it yourself. From the homepage, find your hours in under five seconds. Then check they match your Google listing.

  5. Be seen

    Few owner replies to reviews

89% of consumers expect owners to respond to reviews, and 42% say they're unlikely to use a business that never replies.

    BrightLocal, 2026

Check it yourself. Open your Google listing and read the last ten reviews. Count how many have a reply from you.

  6. Stay relevant

No gift cards on the website

Gift cards are prepaid revenue, and the people who receive them are often new customers.

Check it yourself. Search your own site for “gift card”. If a regular can't buy one at 10 PM in December, that sale goes somewhere else.

02What customers do first

Diners compare reviews before they compare menus

97%of consumers read online reviews before choosing a business.

68%will only use a business rated four stars or higher.

Those numbers cover every kind of local business, not just restaurants. Your rating, how recent your reviews are, and whether you reply are the first things a diner sees next to the place down the street.

03How it works

Scan, audit, fix. In that order.

  1. Step 1 · Free, about 30 seconds

    Scan your website

We check booking, ordering, menu, hours, calls, and gift cards on your public pages. Each result shows the evidence.

  2. Step 2 · Free, 15 minutes

    Get the full audit

We add your Google listing, your reviews, and the restaurants nearby that diners weigh you against. If there's something worth fixing, we email you to set up 15 minutes.

  3. Step 3 · Your choice

We fix it, or you do

We install and run the missing pieces, working with the POS and tools you have where we can, and report bookings, orders, and dollars each month. Or take the written plan and do it yourself.

04Questions

What restaurant owners ask

Do I have to drop the delivery apps?

No. Many restaurants keep them for reach. The point is to give regulars a direct way to order from your own site too, so orders you'd get anyway don't carry a commission.

Will this replace my POS or reservation system?

Not by default. We start from what you use and fill the gaps. If something should be replaced, we'll tell you why and what it's worth first.

What does the free scan look at?

Your public website: booking, ordering, menu format, hours, tap-to-call, gift cards, loyalty, sign-ups, and more. It doesn't see your Google listing or reviews. The audit does.

Do I need an AI answering my phone?

No. It's one option for calls you miss during service or after close. Some restaurants only need online booking and ordering. The audit says which matters for you.

What happens after I request the audit?

We review your restaurant first. If something is worth a call, you'll hear from us by email to schedule 15 minutes. No pitch deck, no obligation.

05Free 15-minute audit

Want the whole picture, not just the website?

The scan only reads your site. The Revenue Leak Audit adds your Google listing, reviews, phones, and the restaurants diners compare you with. We look first, and reach out only if there's something worth a call.
