Wrenva / Home services
For owner-run contractors and trades
See which jobs your website sends to the next contractor.
A homeowner with a leak or a dead AC calls two or three companies and goes with whoever answers or quotes first. Scan your site and see whether it catches that job when nobody can pick up.

01What to check
Six leaks you can check between jobs
Pull up your site on your phone, the way a homeowner would in a hurry. The scan looks for each of these too.
-
Win the customer
No quote request on the website
Homeowners often compare several providers at once. The one with a quote form gets the lead; the others get a maybe.
Check it yourself. From your homepage, try to ask for a quote without calling. Can you attach a photo of the problem?
-
Win the customer
Nothing on the website captures after-hours demand
If nobody picks up and the site offers no way in, the homeowner calls the next company on the list.
Check it yourself. Call your own number at 9 PM. Then look at your site: is there any way to book, request, or leave details?
-
Win the customer
Phone number is not tappable on mobile
A plain-text number means copy, switch apps, paste. Every extra step loses some callers, and you never hear about them.
Check it yourself. On your phone, tap the number in your header. If it doesn't start a call, it's plain text.
-
Win the customer
No online payment on the website
Without an online way to pay, deposits and invoices come in slower and some jobs get paid late.
Check it yourself. Look at your last three invoices. Could the customer have paid from a link the same day?
-
Be seen
Too few reviews to compete
47% of consumers won't use a business with fewer than 20 reviews.
Check it yourself. Search your trade and town on Google Maps. Compare your review count with the top three results.
-
Stay relevant
No email or text sign-up on the website
Without a list you own, repeat work depends on customers remembering your name when something breaks again.
Check it yourself. Could a past customer hear from you about the annual tune-up or next season's work? Where would that list live?
02What customers do first
Homeowners read reviews before they call

97%of consumers read online reviews before choosing a business.
68%will only use a business rated four stars or higher.

Those numbers cover every kind of local business. In the trades, the rating and review count next to your name on the map often decide who gets the first call.

04Questions
What contractors ask
I can't answer the phone on a job. Is that the leak?
It can be. If you're on a roof, you can't pick up. The fix might be a quote form, online booking, an answering service or AI receptionist, or a mix. The audit points to the one worth doing first.
Do I need new field-service software?
Not by default. We start from what you use for scheduling and invoicing and fill the gaps. If something should be replaced, we'll tell you why first.
What does the free scan look at?
Your public website: quote requests, tap-to-call, booking, forms, payments, hours, and more. It can't see your Google listing or reviews. The audit covers those.
What happens after I request the audit?
We review your business first. If something is worth a call, you'll hear from us by email to schedule 15 minutes. No pitch deck, no obligation.
05Free 15-minute audit
Want the whole picture, not just the website?
The scan only reads your site. The Revenue Leak Audit adds your Google listing, reviews, phones, and the companies homeowners call after you. We look first, and reach out only if there's something worth a call.
